Prince Yasuhito Chichibu of Japan

His Imperial Highness Yasuhito Chichibu of Japan, was the one who first ordered the Japanese forces to hide the treasures in the Philippines, and upon the arrival of Gen. Yamashita, more boxes of treasures were added. and since he governs the imperial army in the Philippines the gold is named after him, though it is really  PRINCE YASUHITO CHICHIBU GOLD, or CHICHIBU GOLD.
